This home was tired and original condition when our clients purchased from overseas sight unseen.When they arrived home it sparked a renovation spanning 3 stages -

Stage 1 : 2010 -Interior renovation updated floorplan of both levels 3 x bathrooms and kitchen new floors and complete upgrade of infrastructure

Stage 2 : 2013 Garage and upper bedroom balcony extension with new rear balcony

Stage 3 : 2018 New pool , landscaping and exterior facade upgrade .This stage was a planning task navigating a sloped, large rear yard and ROW rear access . The pool was designed in piered concrete formed on site with large detention tank and tropical cabana . Embracing and capturing best use of what was once a large , unusable lot of land.
